Privacy Policy

Lock Check Cloud LLC ("Lock Check Cloud," "we," "us") operates lockcheckcloud.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site collects, why, and what we do with it. The Site currently has one function: a waitlist form for the Lock Check Cloud beta. There is no login, no account, and no purchase flow on the Site.
Information we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:
- Name — as you enter it.
- Work email address — used to contact you about the beta.
- Number of facilities you manage — one of four ranges you select.
We do not ask for a password, payment information, or government ID anywhere on this Site. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking on this Site — see the Cookie Policy for what, if anything, is set in your browser.
How we use it
- To follow up about your waitlist request and, if you're a fit for the beta, schedule the required demo call.
- To understand demand for the beta by facility count (in aggregate).
- To send you operational email about the beta you signed up for. We do not use your email for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the vendors that make the Site and the waitlist function work:
- Netlify, Inc. — hosts the Site and processes waitlist submissions through Netlify Forms. Netlify's own privacy policy governs its handling of that infrastructure.
- Akismet (Automattic) — Netlify Forms' built-in spam filter screens submissions for spam before they reach us.
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail) — a copy of your submission is also sent to a private Google Sheet we use to track waitlist signups, and Gmail is used to send you the waitlist confirmation email. Google's own privacy policy governs its handling of that infrastructure.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we'd expect any successor to honor the commitments in this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist submissions for as long as useful for running the beta program and for our own business records, and delete or anonymize them on request (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you about the beta. Email hello@lockcheckcloud.com and we'll act on it.
California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request deletion of it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or "share" (as that term is defined under California law) the information collected through this waitlist form. You can exercise these rights using the contact information above.
Security
We rely on our hosting and form-processing providers' security practices (Netlify) to protect data in transit and at rest, and we limit who at Lock Check Cloud can access waitlist submissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
This Site is intended for business use by adults working in storage facility operations. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update.
